Featured Job: Quality Manager, Randstad Engineering
Quality Manager needed for a position with a very prominent Tier 1 automotive supplier in NW Alabama. Must have quality experience including APQP, PPAP, root cause, and PFMEA at an automotive manufacturing facility. Direct hire position. Company is experiencing tremendous growth and is very financially stable.
Responsibilities
- Plans and directs all quality activities within the plant related to both internal and customer issues
- Reviews the plant’s quality systems and processes; assesses its quality needs; and develops and implements the overall quality system for the plant
- Ensure the quality of products in production, and new products in development
- Works closely with customers to resolve quality issues and returns, leads all activities related to the formal response to management and the customer, and serves as lead contact with the customer
Requirements
- Experience within a Quality Manager or supervisory aspect at an automotive manufacturing facility.
- Strong APQP, PPAP, Root Cause Analysis, PFMEA background.
- 4 year degree
