BREAKING: Status Conference Scheduled For Hammad Memon Case

MADISON COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) – According to Alabama court documents, Madison County Circuit Court Judge Karen Hall ordered a Status Conference for the Hammad Memon case late Tuesday afternoon.

The conference is scheduled for March 14, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. in Courtroom #1 of the Madison County Courthouse.

Memon’s Defense Attorneys, Bruce Gardner, Robin Clem Carter, and James Woodfin Parkman were all notified of the conference.  

Madison County District Attorney Tim Gann, who is prosecuting the case, was notified as well.

Memon is charged in the February 2010 shooting at Discovery Middle School in Madison.  Memon allegedly shot a classmate, Todd Brown, killing him.
