WASHINGTON, D.C. – You have to wonder if President Obama has the University of Alabama Athletic Complex on speed dial.

Thursday afternoon, the President called Coach Nick Saban to congratulate him and the Crimson Tide on winning the BCS Championship again.  This is the third time in four years, and the third time for President Obama to call Saban.

The President joked that he and the Tide are beginning to make this a habit. The White House says the President commended Coach Saban on the incredible organization he has built, and said he looks forward to congratulating the team in person at the White House.
