Car Crashes into House, Causes Gas Leak

Emergency responders are on the scene of an accident in Huntsville, where a car struck a house on Edgemont Drive.

A female driver lost control on the curve on Edgemont Drive off of Mastin Lake. The car went backward, went between two houses, and then hit a gas meter and A/C unit of a house.

Police say the impact caused a gas leak, and authorities evacuated some residents.

No one was injured. There is minor damage to the house around the gas pump.
