FLORENCE, Ala. (WHNT) – America’s new healthcare law is scheduled to be fully implemented in 2014.  Whether you agree or disagree with it, here is a chance for you to ask questions about how it will impact you.

Members of Alabama Arise Citizens’ Policy Project will host a presentation Monday, January 14th from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. at the Florence/Lauderdale Public Library.  This is an information session, and individuals and small businesses are invited to learn about the Affordable Care Act (ACA).

Alabama Arise is an organization committed to the promotion of state and national policies that improve the lives of low-income Alabamians. The Northwest Alabama Community Health Association and WZZA radio are also helping present this event.

This event is free to the public.  For information call (256) 760-4713.
