Available for download on multiple platforms, the Lose It! App is fun and easy to navigate. The app helps you set and maintain weight loss goals by tracking calories intake and exercise. There’s a comprehensive database of foods, so you can quickly select items from your meal menu to record calories and nutrition information. You can also quickly scan the bar code of an item.
For more complicated foods, you can setup recipes. You can also track nutrients like protein, fat and carbs. If you’re looking for moral support from friends you can also enable an interactive feature that allows you to connect with them via social media!
