Families Tailgate On Christmas Eve

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — Joe Davis Stadium was nearly filled Monday evening for the Willowbrook Baptist Church Christmas Eve Service. In the parking lot dozens of families came prepared with grills, music, lawn chairs and soccer balls to tailgate prior to the service beginning.

The church members say it was a great way to have some fellowship before the Christmas Eve service that included live music, prayer and fireworks.

The service was the second time in the last three years the church took over the stadium for the community wide Christmas Eve service and we are told they are already looking forward to next year’s service.
