Knoxville, Tenn. – New Tennessee Coach Butch Jones has taken twitter by storm. In just five days since being named coach on Dec. 7, he has risen to the fourth most-followed college football coach @UTCoachJones with nearly 47,000 followers. The @Vol_Football account is also fourth among football programs.

Coach Jones has taken a proactive approach to connect with fans and followers of the Vols. He has kept everyone updated with his whereabouts as he has hit the recruiting trail. Jones has also tweeted fans with well wishes for birthdays and appreciation of their support.
