Tanner head Coach Laron White kissed the field Friday night at Jordan-Hare Stadium immediately after winning the 2A State Championship game.

White's actions were a little bit ironic considering he was once a football player at the University of Alabama.

"These guys, they work in the summer months, in the Fall and in the Spring. There's a lot of work involved to win this trophy, " White said while holding the Championship hardware Friday.

All that hard work turned into a State Championship and the Rattlers couldn't be happier.
