Huntsville Police Investigate Shooting; Victim in Critical Condition

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) – Huntsville police are investigating a shooting that happened Friday night.

The incident occurred in the  3300 block of Meridian Street at University Apartments.

Huntsville police confirm that one person was injured and taken to Huntsville Hospital in critical condition. An officer on the scene says the door to the apartment unit had been kicked in.
