‘Suspicious’ House Fire in Morgan County
MORGAN COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) — Investigators believe the cause of a house fire in Morgan County is suspicious in nature.
The fire happened around 10:00 p.m. Tuesday at a home on Henry Road, just off Highway 36. Cotaco and Florette volunteer firefighters responded to the scene, and the only thing left is the chimney.
Fire officials say the home has been unoccupied for about a year.
