Marshall Co. Sex Offender Charged With Failure To Register

GRANT, Ala. (WHNT) – A sex offender in Marshall County is accused of not complying with the law.
On Monday, investigators with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office found Daniel Kyle Franks, 25,at a residence on Otinger Road in Grant. However, Franks was registered at 191 Tom Hodges Road in Woodville.
Franks was convicted of second-degree rape in 2010 in Marshall County.
Franks is being held in the Marshall County Jail. He is charged with the following:
- Failure to register transfer or termination of residence
- Failure to verify quarterly
- Probation violation
