One Person Killed in Two-Vehicle Wreck in Guntersville

MARSHALL COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) — One person was killed in a two-vehicle crash on Sunday evening.

The wreck happened just after 5:00 pm on Highway 431, just north of the River Bridge in Guntersville.

Witnesses say a car appeared to lost control, cross the median, and hit a truck that was going in the opposite direction.

The person in that vehicle was killed.

No names have been released at this time.
