Chizik: Team Focused On Saturday’s Iron Bowl

AUBURN, Ala. (WHNT) – Auburn head coach Gene Chizik said his team is focused on Saturday’s Iron Bowl against the Alabama Crimson Tide.

“It’s very important for our players, coaches and fans to be supportive,” said Chizik.  “We’ve got to play the best game we’ve played all year.”

Auburn goes into the Iron Bowl with a 3-8 record.  The Tide is 10-1.

“Our work is cut out for us, but we feel good about getting to play in a game like this,” said Chizik.  “This is something our players will remember for the rest of their lives.”
