Toomer’s Trees Catch on Fire After Auburn Win

AUBURN, Ala (WHNT) — According to The Auburn Plainsman, the Toomer’s Corner trees caught fire early Sunday morning.

According to the student paper, the toilet paper in the trees caught fire around 3:20 a.m.

The toilet paper in the trees was fresh from Auburn’s win over Alabama A&M on Saturday.

The paper said the fire department did not have a cause for the blaze which was quickly put out by the local fire department.
