Limestone County VFW Celebrates Veterans Day with Chicken Stew Lunch

LIMESTONE COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) – Every year for veterans day, members of the VFW Post in Athens invite the community to a Chicken Stew Lunch.

This year, only a handful of people were there. But those who were sat down and shared their stories with WHNT NEWS 19′s Al Whitaker.
