Apartment Fire Causes Heavy Damage in Madison


Madison Fire and Rescue responded to an apartment fire just before 10:30 p.m.

It happened at Building 118 on Michael Avenue. We are told all residents made it out safely. However, there is heavy fire damage to a downstairs unit.

It took 30 minutes for firefighters to get the fire under control. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
