Trick or Treating Wednesday Night, Halloween

We’ve gotten a lot of calls in the WHNT News 19 newsroom asking about trick or treating.  It’s not clear who might have done it, but someone has apparently started a rumor that trick or treating is Saturday night instead of Wednesday, which is Halloween.

There has not been a city, town or community in The Tennessee Valley that has requested people trick or treat Saturday instead of Wednesday. 

So to be clear, trick or treating is still on Wednesday, Halloween night.
