Investigators: Man Killed by Car Falling On Him in Marshall County

MARSHALL COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) – A man in Marshall County died Saturday afternoon when a car fell on top of him.

Marshall County Coroner Marlon Killion says 51-year-old Robert Dewain Palmer died in a freak accident.

It happened on Union Grove Road about a mile away from Highway 231.

Investigators tell WHNT NEWS 19 that the man was working on the car with it fell on him.

Palmer died on the scene.
