Alabama Finishes Practice For Tennessee Game
Tuscaloosa, Ala. – The Alabama football team practiced for 90 minutes in shells on Thursday inside the Hank Crisp Indoor Practice Facility as they made final preparations for Saturday’s SEC contest at Tennessee.
The No. 1 Crimson Tide (6-0, 3-0) are on the road for the second straight week, this time to visit the Volunteers (3-3, 0-3 SEC) at Neyland Stadium. The Crimson Tide boast a 48-38-7 edge in the series and have won five straight, including two in a row in Knoxville.
The Alabama offense is coming off of a season-high 362 rushing yards and 533 total yards last week at Missouri. The Crimson Tide knows they have a challenge ahead of them inside the 102,455-seat stadium.
“Going into an environment like Tennessee, I have to keep my mind right and stay focused,” Alabama sophomore Cyrus Kouandjio said. “It gets pretty loud out there and sometimes you can’t even hear what you are saying. I just have to communicate with my offensive line and focus on the little things.”
