Bulldogs Say They Lost Focus Against Alcorn State

Normal, Ala. - It was so frustrating, it brought Alabama A&M head coach Anthony Jones to a knee.

Deaunte Mason threw his first interception in more than 140 pass attempts.

The defense gave up the most points it had since the third week of the season.

Most important, Alabama A&M suffered its first loss of the season, falling to Alcorn State 21-20.  Coach Anthony Jones blamed the defeat on a lack of focus that happened throughout the week.

He also warned losses will happen again if that focus isn't there for each game in the future.
