Auburn Still Working Out Quarterback Position
Oxford, Miss. (WHNT) – “Spark” is the word Gene Chizik uses when he decides to switch quarterbacks during a game. It happened last year against Florida and it happened against the Razorbacks.
“We needed a spark,” said Chizik last week against Arkansas.
Auburn decided to keep that spark against Ole Miss, going with Clint Moseley over Kiehl Frazier. The result was a 112 yard throwing performance, no touchdowns and one fourth-quarter interception.
The Tigers have not decided who will start Saturday against Vanderbilt but they did offer compliments for Moseley’s game against the Rebels.
