Player Profile: Carlton Peppers

Carlton Peppers is the starting quarterback for the Douglas Eagles, he also plays defense and special teams. He’s passionate about football, but football is not necessarily his passion. Carlton’s first love is baseball and he’s played every season since turning 5. 

Last season, a back injury kept Peppers from playing most of the football season, but his hard work in rehab allowed him to back on the field for baseball. Doctor’s told him it wasn’t a good idea to play football with his type of injury, but he didn’t quit and it had everything to do with the team.
