Daniel Proctor Transferred to Prison in Montgomery

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) – WHNT News 19 has learned Daniel Proctor has moved to Kilby Correctional Facility in Montgomery.

Proctor had been behind bars in Madison County following his conviction on a theft charge.

He is serving a life sentence and is also considered the prime suspect in the death of his ex-wife, Amy Patterson.

Her body was found in August in Lee County, Florida, in the exact spot where Proctor said it would be.
