Athens Police Arrest Sex Offender

ATHENS, Ala. (WHNT) – Athens Police arrested a convicted sex offender Tuesday.

Police say Robert Louis Harris terminated his residence without notifying law enforcement.  Harris was convicted of Rape in Morgan County. 

A warrant was obtained for Harris after an officer was unable to verify his address at the Town and Country Motel on U.S. 31 South.
