Garden Tips: Pansies

(WHNT) – Pansies will help keep your garden colorful all winter.  As Jeff Bennett of Bennett Nurseries explains, pansies are extremely popular and easy to grow.

They come in all colors – red, black, white, purple, etc.  Pansies love sunshine and cool weather.  Be careful not to plant them too deep, though.

Use loose, well-drained soil and don’t plant the pansies any deeper than the root ball.

While it’s still warm, use a fertilizer like Miracle Gro.
