Auburn Completes Preparations For LSU

Auburn, Ala. – The Auburn Tigers completed their practices in preparation for this weekend’s Jordan-Hare Stadium matchup with No. 2 LSU with a 16-period workout Thursday afternoon at the Auburn Athletics Complex Practice Fields.

“We understand how talented they are everywhere – they’ve got a lot of depth,” says Auburn head coach Gene Chizik. “We have a game plan, but we’re going to do what we do. We know we’ve got to play better everywhere and we’ve got to score, particularly in the red zone. We’re continually working on it.”

Saturday’s SEC home opener at Jordan-Hare Stadium against LSU is a 6 p.m. CT kickoff. Tiger Walk will take place at 4 p.m., and the Eagle Flight is scheduled for 5:49 p.m.
