HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) - First, I love any product that is called "Goof Off." If I had a product called "Goof Of" I would put Spicoli from Fast Times at Ridgemont High on the cover. But that's just me.
Goof Off's label claims to remove stains and clean grease from a dirty stovetop. I loved the idea of testing it for a Deal or Dud because obviously if you are going to clean a stovetop, that means you can throw burgers in a pan and fry them up. If you pour extra olive oil in the pan, you can make them nice and greasy...sort of like the Penn Hamburgers I used to buy when I was a kid.
So, with the help of Ed's House of Gravy, I throw two monster burgers in a pan with a bunch of oil and just let them splatter all over the stovetop.
We got the the Goof Off out to clean the stovetop and it did a great job. Goof Off cost us $9.99 and worked great.
