Huntsville Chef Takes Food Talents To National Audience

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) – A local chef will be talking food on national television this Saturday.

Huntsville chef and restaurant owner James Boyce is scheduled to appear on CBS This Morning: Saturday.  The segment, called “The Dish” is scheduled to air around 7:46 a.m. central time.

Chef Boyce will feature his ultimate dish: herb crusted rack of lamb with horseradish mashed potatoes.

CBS This Morning: Saturday airs on our second channel, WHNT2.  You can get WHNT2 on Knology channel 199, Comcast channel 211, Charter channel 148 and Mediacom channel 80.

Chef Boyce has developed his own company, Boyce Restaurant Concepts.  He has opened three restaurants in downtown Huntsville — Pane e Vino Pizzeria, Cotton Row and Commerce Kitchen.
