Ultimate Responsibility to the Governing Body for the overall management of the office. Responsible for the effective and efficient use of all resources in carrying out the organization’s purpose. Responsible as a liaison between board, staff and community. Responsible for sales management of local sales team, including coordination with Director of Business Development, and Business Development Specialist. Responsible to oversee the clinical aspects of the agency, to supervise all nursing personnel, personal care workers, and office staff, and to assure compliance to all regulatory agencies.
Degree as a Registered Nurse; Bachelor Degree in nursing preferred and in good standing with the state board.
Demonstrates problem solving and decision making abilities.
Demonstrated ability in program administration including knowledge of home, health care or hospice standards and policies and reimbursement practices.
Ability to develop and maintain rapport with the client, family and staff.
Minimum of 3-5 years in an administrative or supervisory capacity in a home health agency, hospice or other related health program.
Experience in business administration.
Primary medium in nature with exerting up to 35 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, or otherwise move objects. Involves sitting, walking, standing, driving, talking, hearing, and prolonged phone and computer use. Ability to work at a desk for up to 8 hours per day.
Necessary on a daily basis; 25-75%
May occasionally require overnight travel.

Sales/Marketing calls to referral sources, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and physician offices 50-75%
