Limestone County Tables County Unit Vote

LIMESTONE COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) – Residents in Limestone County packed the county commission meeting today to discuss the unit system for Limestone County. But before the issue could be discussed, Commission Chairman Stanley Menefee tabled to issue.

He said he wanted to give residents more time to learn about the proposed system.
‘I’m gonna take the unit system thing off of the agenda this morning.’
