Crimson Continues Prepping For Michigan
Tuscaloosa, Ala. – The Alabama football team practiced in shells for the final time on Thursday before opening the 2012 season against No. 8 Michigan on Saturday night at Cowboys Stadium.
The Crimson Tide worked for 90 minutes inside the Hank Crisp Indoor Facility as they put the finishing touches on the season’s first game plan. Saturday’s kickoff is slated for 7:12 P.M. CT.
“We are really excited to finally play a game and have been looking forward to this opportunity for a long time,” sophomore safety Vinnie Sunseri said. “We’ve been preparing for this game so much, and we’re glad it is finally here.”
The only work remaining for the Tide will be a walkthrough on Friday before departing for Dallas early in the afternoon. The Michigan game will kick off the Crimson Tide 118th season of college football.
