Madison County Sheriff’s Office Investigating Shooting On Highway 72
The Madison County Sheriff’s office confirms a shooting took place after 3 a.m. on Saturday morning.
It occurred in the 2600 block of Highway 72 East near Ryland Pike.
Officials say the victim was shot in the leg and was taken to Huntsville Hospital.
The investigation is still under investigation by the Madison County Sheriff’s Office.
