Family Fun and Food to be Featured at Annual Shrimp Blast

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) -  The third annual Shrimp Blast is coming to the Von Braun Center later this month.

The event is set for Saturday, August 25 in the VBC South Hall. There will be live music and plenty of seafood up for sale.

Now for perhaps the best part, admission is free, parking is free in the South Hall Garage, and there will also be free activities for the kids.

Doors will open at 4:00 pm with the festivities lasting until 11:00 p.m.
The band Rollin’ in the Hay will headline Shrimp Blast with Tangerine Tambourine, Kush and Black Eyed Susan also scheduled to perform.
