EVA, Ala. (WHNT) – The Morgan County Sheriff’s Office said a woman reported missing this morning has been found.  Kimberly Dozier is safe, and is being questioned.

Investigators were first treating Dozier’s disappearance as a ‘possible abduction’.  Later in the day, they changed it to a ‘missing persons case’.  Now, she has been found.

Sheriff Ana Franklin said it appears Dozier left her home on Frost Road in Eva this morning after a domestic incident.

Dozier had initially sent a text message to her husband around 9 a.m. saying she needed some help.
