Fire Marshal Says Mobile Home Fire Was Intentionally Set
HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) The Madison County Fire Marshal says a fire in a mobile home Thursday night is being investigated as an arson.
Fire crews responded to 178 Kennette Circle near Moores Mill Road in Huntsville just after 9 p.m. One man was found inside the home and transported to Huntsville Hospital suffering from smoke inhalation, according to firefighters on the scene.
Madison County Fire Marshal Bobby Rollins told WHNT News 19 investigators were in the process of interviewing the victim and the case is still under investigation.
Neighbors say they heard a loud explosion coming from inside the home.
