70 Guns Missing; Burglars Sought

MUSCLE SHOALS, Ala. (WHNT) – Muscle Shoals Police say a break-in at The Pawn Shop on Woodward Avenue happened sometime between Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning.

According to police, burglars disabled the alarm system and cut power to the building before prying open the back door.

Police believe the theft was done by a group of professionals who took their time planning the burglary.

Investigators say more than seventy guns were stolen during the heist.

That number includes numerous hand guns and long guns that need to be taken off the streets.

Russellville Police have this week’s Shoals Area Most Wanted line-up.

Sarah Mayfield is wanted on a grand jury indictment for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Marijuana.


Victor Moncada is wanted by Russellville Police on a grand jury indictment for Burglary, Theft of Property, and Receiving Stolen Property.


Angela Denise Stockman is wanted by Russellville Police on a grand jury indictment for Fraudulent Use of a Debit or Credit Card.
