Car Accident Backs Up Traffic on Highway 53

A car accident that occured in front of a Hardees restaurant near the intersection of Research Park Boulevard has traffic backed up on Highway 53.

Three people were taken to the hospital.

According to authorities, one of them had life-threatening, but is now in stable condition.

The cause of the wreck is uncertain at this time.
