Mississippi State hasn't beaten an SEC team from the state of Alabama since 2007, when they knocked off both the Tide and Tigers.  They're 0-8 heading into this season.

Still, there's reason to believe the Bulldogs are still a force when it comes to the SEC West.  Consider this: Florence athlete Beniquez Brown chose the Bulldogs over Auburn and MSU has more a dozen players from Alabama on its roster.
