Fight Between Neighbors Leads to Shooting

The Madison County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting that happened Saturday afternoon in New Market.   It happened at 103 Noles Drive.

Investigators say two neighbors were in some type of altercation when one neighbor shot the other in the leg.    He was taken to Huntsville Hospital but is expected to be OK.

Deputies have taken the other man into custody.   No names have been released at this time.
