Meridianville Boy Burned In Firework Explosion

MERIDIANVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) – A 13-year-old boy was transported to the hospital after a fireworks accident.

HEMSI official Don Webster tells WHNT 19 the explosion happened just after 9:00 p.m. at a home on Patterson Road in Meridianville.

We are told the boy has severe burns to much of his lower body.
