Jackson County Man Accused of Beating Victim with Blunt Object

Caleb Tidwell of Jackson County is charged with 2nd degree assult after being arrested on Tuesday, June 19. The Jackson County Sheriff’s office says the 21-year-old beat a 53-year-old man in the head and torso with a blunt object. The victim spent 6 days in the hospital. Tidwell was released on a $2,500 bond.
