Hammad Memon’s Father Arrested, Charged With Hindering Prosecution

Hammad Memon’s father was arrested Friday evening for aiding in his son’s attempt to flee the country.

At about 9:30 p.m. Friday, Madison Police walked Mr. Memon out of his home in handcuffs.

Law enforcement officials tell WHNT News 19 Hammad’s father is being charged with hindering prosecution.

Hammad is currently being held in Dallas and should be sent back to Alabama after the weekend.
